HSE & Quality
NPCC Canada embeds HSE and quality requirements into work packages, drawings, field checks, and manpower deployment.
NPCC Canada maintains an HSE program aligned with COR / SECOR standards, WCB Alberta and WorkSafeBC requirements, client-specific safety protocols, and continuous site training expectations.
Safety is embedded in every work package, schedule, drawing, and manpower deployment. Personnel are expected to follow required orientations and training such as CSTS, WHMIS, OSSA/BST where applicable, and site-specific requirements before mobilizing to client worksites.
Quality is managed through documented engineering and construction procedures, drawing reviews, verification, field validation, QA/QC-certified personnel, and clear turnover expectations.
Our approach aligns with ISO and industry best practices, while using continuous improvement and lessons learned to reduce rework and improve predictable project outcomes.
